Integration Engineer,
who integrates the hardware, software, and data components in the backup or rebuilt contact and/or data centers.
Quality Engineer,
who independently performs quality assurance on the disaster recovery activity and quality control of the backup
or rebuilt contact and/or data centers.
Security Engineer,
who ensures that the backup or rebuilt contact and/or data centers meet their security requirements.
Test Engineer,
who tests the backup or rebuilt contact and/or data centers.
Network Administrator,
who ensures that the networks in the backup or rebuilt contact and/or data centers function properly.
Computer Operator,
who ensures that the applications function properly and that the backup or rebuilt data center is usable.
User Support Agent,
who ensures that the backup or rebuilt contact center is functional and usable.
A disaster recovery team may not be part of the endeavor process if:
An appropriate disaster recovery team already exists separate from the endeavor.
There is no contact or data center to suffer the impact of a disaster (e.g., an Internet Service Provider is
hosting a website, the application is embedded).
