Project

an atomic endeavor undertaken to either:

• Provide a service such as to reengineer a business
• Produce and deliver a version of a major work product such as an application or reusable component (i.e., intellectual property)

      A project, the mission of which is to completely reengineer a business.

      A project, the mission of which is to produce an estimate of the time, cost, and effort required to reengineer a business.
    • Business Rearchitecting Project
      A project, the mission of which is to rearchitect a business to meet its new digital strategy.
