The OPF repository contains the following set of predefined safety work products:
Accident_Frequency_Categorization,
which categorizes
accidents
in terms of the maximum frequency that they may occur and which categorizes
hazards
in terms of the maximum frequency that they may cause an accident to occur.
Accident_Severity_Categorization,
which categorizes accidents in terms of the severity of the harm they cause and which categorizes hazards
in terms of the maximum severity of the harm their associated accidents may cause.
Hazard_Cause_Tree,
which is a fault tree that shows the ways that hazardous events can lead to a hazard.
Hazard_Effects_Tree,
which is an event tree that shows the ways that a hazard can cause accidents.
Safety_Policy,
which formally documents an endeavor’s policy regarding safety.
Safety_Program_Plan,
which formally documents an endeavor’s plans for implementing its safety program.
Safety_Risk_Analysis_Report,
which is the report that documents the results of the safety risk analysis task.
Safety_Risk_Categorization,
which categorizes the safety risks associated with accidents and hazards in terms of accident hazard
indices and safety assurance levels.
In the following diagram, ellipses represent safety tasks, rectangles represent safety work products,
