Responsibilities

The typical responsibilities of a Partner Organization are to:

• Collaborate with the development organization to produce a system or application.

Guidelines

• There can easily be multiple partner organizations on a project or program.
• Every project does not involve a partner organization working together with the development organization. Do not use this organization unless a significant partner relationship exists.
• Partner organizations and subcontractor organizations are not the same roles, although it is possible for typically different parts of the same business to play both.
• The partner organization typically inherits the common team guidelines from the organization process component.
