The OPF repository contains the following set of predefined risk management work products:
- Risk Analysis Report,
which documents the results of analyzing the significant risks.
- Risk Management Plan,
which documents specific plans for identifying, analyzing, controlling, and monitoring significant risks.
- Risk Monitoring Report,
which documents the results of monitoring the risk control task.
- Risk Repository,
which is a repository that stores information about endeavor risks.
- Different endeavors require different processes, which in
turn will require different risk management work products.
- Every endeavor does not require the production of every risk management work product.
- Select only those risk management work products that are appropriate for the endeavor.
- Selected risk management work products should be:
- Relevant.
- Useful.
- Usable.
- Cost-effective.
