Training Delivery

Definition

Training delivery is the training task during which training is delivered to students.

Objectives

The typical objectives of training delivery are to:

• Deliver all training that takes place on the endeavor.
• Minimize endeavor risks associated with training.

Preconditions

Training delivery can typically begin when the following preconditions hold:

• The training materials production task has been completed for at least one training course.
• The training scheduling task has addressed at least that course.
• The training team has been adequately staffed and trained in delivering that course.

Completion Criteria

Training delivery is complete when the following postconditions hold:

• All training documented in the training plan and training schedule has been given.
