Definition

Application training is the training activity during which stakeholders are trained in the application.

Goals

The typical goals of application training are to ensure that appropriate members of the following organizations are trained in:

• The current status of the application. ( customer, development, partner, and subcontractor organizations).
• How to maintain the application ( maintenance organization).
• How to use the application ( user organization).
