Buyer Places Bid On Item

Electronic Auctions and Sales (EAS) shall enable a buyer to place the following kinds of bids on items:

• A single bid
• An automatic proxy bid
• An instant win price bid

EAS shall notify the buyer that it did not accept the bid if it is:

• Below the minimum bid amount.
• Below the minimum bid increment.
• For an excessive quantity of items.
• For an auction that is closed.
