Definition

The utility quality subfactor, accessibility, is the degree to which the user interface of an application or component shall be usable by users with common disabilities, whether they are auditory, visual, physical, or cognitive.

Measurement

Accessibility is typically measured in terms of the ability to be used by someone who has:

• Blindness, visual acuity problems, or colorblindness
• Cognitive disabilities
• Physical disabilities
• Speach disabilities
